Through the Mission Planning Support Contract (MPSC) TYBRIN provides mission planning training, expertise and technical support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and Foreign Military Sales community at over 150 locations world-wide. This includes maintaining the integrity of weapons' system certified Mission Planning Environment software, 24/7/365 technical telephone support, configuration management, maintenance on aircraft mission planning systems, technical publications, system security, and fielding Mission Planning hardware and software.

Provide TBMCS-UL system administrator training support for locations within the SWA AOR. Train system administrators in order to effectively maintain TBMCS-UL systems at their location. Training includes initial setup, troubleshooting, Help Desk support, and development support as part of the TBMCS-UL Software Support Team. This position provides system recovery from crashes, using utility CD for back-up, copying, etc. and ensures unit's technical data, software and training materials are kept available and current.
The successful candidate will travel to TBMCS-UL locations worldwide to perform on-site set/troubleshooting of TBMCS-UL systems and will interface directly with TBMCS Configuration Manager, TBMCS Center of Excellence, AC2ISRC, and external organizations/contractors.

Education Desired/Required:

* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related discipline; or Technical School Certificate related to computer systems; or the equivalent military training required
Experience Required:

* 4 years experience in administering infrastructure support to mainframe and/or client server systems and/or DoD systems as identified in 1.3.2.b.
* Understanding of various elements of Air Operations Center is desired.
* Understanding of mission planning system functions and external interfaces with TBMCS-UL is desired.
* Knowledge of intelligence databases (e.g. Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB), Military Integrated Intelligence Data Systems (MIIDS) and Solaris mail functions.
* Knowledge of computer security procedures
* Knowledge of AFMSS extract functions from CIS (TBMCS).
* Operational crew, intelligence, TBMCS, or AOC experience is desirable.
* Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) with experience setting up and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks; managing WINS/DNS servers, SQL databases, and web servers required.
* Some experience with Microsoft Cluster Server, Oracle Server, Apache Server Microsoft Terminal Services, Microsoft Exchange Server, and CISCO IOS required.
* A+, Security+ and/or Network+ strongly preferred but must be attained within 6 months of hire

Responsible for performing a broad spectrum of acquisition duties in a System Program Office and/or ground/flight test environment, Training, or as assigned. Develop Program Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures, Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL), Requests for Proposals (RFP), purchase requests, job orders, credit card acquisitions and Master Integrated Program Schedules, etc. Develops and manages budgets. Provide recommendations for scenarios that may be out of the ordinary and under stressful conditions.

Education Desired/Required:

* High School Diploma with 2 years specific experience required; or
* AS/AA Degree with 1 year specific experience required; or
* BS/BA Degree
